Training in Strategic Planning was held in Georgia by the International Republican Institute (IRI) under the Generation of Active Leaders program.
Mayors and members of their teams from different cities of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova and Armenia took part in the program.
The training was also attended by representatives of the Khmelnytskyi City Council, headed by the Deputy mayor Volodymyr Honcharuk.
Strategic planning, the importance of strategy for the effective management and development of the city, the assessment of resources and tasks are all the prerequisites for the dynamic development of the city.
