The official opening of the innovation terminal of the company "Nova Poshta" - key infrastructure Cargo Company in Western Ukraine took place in Khmelnytskyi. The key features of the innovation terminals "Nova Poshta" in Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv is that they are equipped with the best equipment from the Dutch company Vanderlande with the capacity of 8.5 thousand parcels per hour. Also, HIT is equipped with conveyors and automatic sorting equipment manufactured by the Ukrainian company "SMS". At the Khmelnitsky terminal all the packages from the sorting tape will be loaded directly into the cars using special conveyors. This will make sorting even more reliable
The total capacity of the Khmelnytskyi terminal is 18 thousand items per hour. In Khmelnytskyi, all the parcels will be sorted and shipped to 71 population centres all over Ukraine. These are interregional directions (Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Lutsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi), urban and throughout the region (Starokonstantinov, Kamyanets-Podilskyi, Shepetovka, Krasyliv, Dunaevtsi, Derazhnya and all departments in Khmelnytskyi). The Khmelnitsky terminal has solar panels installed, set up LED lighting and air heating system, which is using pellets. The general contractor for the construction of an object was Khmelnytsky Company "Building Alliance Group", which operates in the construction market since 2002. The terminal is built using the EBRD credit in the amount of 9.5 million euros.
