The International Center for Policy Studies published the Transparency and Financial Health Rating of Cities and Regions in Ukraine. Khmelnytskyi was ranked first among 50 other cities, and the most dynamic growth of the indicators of Khmelnytskyi was noted.
To create a city transparency rating, 77 transparency parameters of each city council were examined. The following factors were taken into account: information policy, disposal of territorial community property, land use and construction policy, public procurement, budgeting, administrative, communal and social services, etc.
