Khmelnytskyi city children’s hospital signed a memorandum of cooperation with MacKay Memorial Hospital (Taiwan)

Khmelnytskyi City Children's Hospital continues to develop international cooperation. As part of this cooperation, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with MacKay Memorial Hospital (Taipei, Taiwan). This document opens up new prospects for further cooperation and implementation of joint projects in the field of medicine.

As part of this cooperation, a friendly meeting was held with Dr. Tsai Wei-de, Director of the International Medical Service Center and Senior Physician of the Emergency Department of MacKay Memorial Hospital. He is also an assistant professor at the MacKay College of Medicine.

In addition to signing the memorandum, a meeting was held during which the guest and the doctors of the institution discussed systems and approaches to providing medical care, principles of teamwork and professional development in the medical field.

We would like to remind you that in October of this year, two representatives of Khmelnytskyi City Children's Hospital had the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program by visiting MacKay Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. The exchange program helped improve doctor-patient relationships, improve teamwork and communication, and develop skills to work in new environments. A particular achievement was completing the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course under the guidance of certified instructors.
