Project Objective:

Establishment of an innovative center for psychological, psychiatric, social, and medical rehabilitation for servicemen, veterans, their families, as well as the families of prisoners of war and fallen heroes, aimed at improving quality of life, full recovery of health, and social reintegration.

Project Goals:

To ensure the convenient operation of the building complex for the effective fulfillment of its core functions, comfortable accommodation for users, and rational use of the territory, taking into account modern requirements for inclusivity, energy efficiency, and environmental safety; to organize recreational areas, landscaping, engineering structures, and provide the necessary infrastructure to support the residential facility.

Main Activities:

Provision of long-term medical and psychological support: physiotherapy, treatment of combat injuries and chronic illnesses. Provision of psychiatric care: diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders related to combat operations. Social adaptation: implementation of social programs for integration into civilian life, legal support. Psychological and social support for families: therapeutic groups for spouses, children, and parents of servicemen; support for families of the fallen.
