Project Objective

Creation of a modern multifunctional sports complex — the Sports Palace (with an area of more than 14,000 sq m for 3,000 visitors) — to develop sports, culture, health improvement, and ensure public safety in the region. The complex will facilitate physical education and sports activities for residents of the region's territorial communities, rehabilitation of veterans, and training of teams in playing sports.
